NEW YORK - Mayor Bill de Blasio's plan to move horse carriages inside Central Park have hit another snag.

A Manhattan judge's new order has reportedly put the move on hold indefinitely.

The mayor proposed moving the carriages from Central Park South to five designated pickup spots inside the park.

The new rules were set to take effect on February 15.

But according to the Daily News, a judge ruled the mayor can't take any action against the carriages until further court notice.

The mayor's office has said it wants to move the horses inside the park to limit their interaction with street traffic.

But carriage drivers say their business would be hurt by the plan because they would be moved out of public view.
