NEW YORK - When New York City voters head to the polls on November 6, they are going to get a very long ballot.

For the first time, most voters will need to fill out a two page paper ballot.

It's printed across two pages because it has to fit all the judicial races, along with the candidates' names in multiple languages.

It also has some ballot questions printed on it.

In an interview on NY1, city Board of Elections Executive Director Michael Ryan explained how voters are supposed to handle the extra-large ballot, which was revealed for the first time on "Inside City Hall."

"We have to give that to the voter with the center perforation intact. The voter will separate it. And then each of those individual pages will have to be inserted into the scanning machine," Ryan said.

The only borough where voters won't have to contend with the two-page ballot is Staten Island.
