Six firefighters suffered minor injuries Wednesday evening after the driver of their firetruck crashed into parked cars in Brooklyn, according to the city officials.

It happened around 6:15 p.m. on East New York Avenue near Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brownsville.

The FDNY said five of the firefighters refused medical attention.

According to police, the driver ​crashed because of a medical condition.
