A man accused of clipping an NYPD officer with a car in Times Square in January pleaded guilty in the case Wednesday.

Arfhy Santos has pleaded to first-degree reckless endangerment and driving without a license.

As part of the plea deal, the Manhattan district attorney's office said, Santos will spend nine months behind bars and pay a $500 fine.

The video of the incident went on West 42nd St. in between 7th and 8th Ave. viral back in January.

The police officer is seen in the video attempting to stop a black sedan that officials said was driving recklessly.

The officer is heard telling the driver, who police said was Santos, to get out of the car after it stopped in front of him, but the car then clipped the officer and drove off towards 8th Ave.

Multiple officers, including the one who was clipped, chased after the sedan on foot but eventually lost track of it.

Officials said the officer the car clipped was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to his legs and back.
