It missed most of the morning commute, but the snow has arrived in Syracuse and the rest of Central New York.

The nor'easter finally reached the downtown area around 8 o'clock this morning.

DPW crews spent the night laying down salt, getting the roads ready.  Now they have the tough task of keeping up with the storm.

Syracuse, Utica and other cities are asking the public to obey alternate side parking and make sure cars are off the streets in neighborhoods.
