MURRAY, Kentucky – One of Texas’ ten most wanted fugitives is in custody after being captured Monday in Kentucky.

Herman Henry Fox, 35, was arrested for trafficking of persons and compelling prostitution by force or threat.

The U.S. Marshals Service in Kentucky located and apprehended Fox near an apartment building in the city of Murray.

Fox was on the run since July 2017. In August 2016, after Fox was arrested for possession of marijuana near a hotel in College Station, authorities suspected he was also involved in human trafficking and forcing a woman into prostitution.

He was held in the Brazos County Jail and later bonded out. On July 21, after failing to appear for court hearings, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
