A Clarence native and University at Buffalo graduate is suing a retired NFL star for sexual harassment.

Wendy Haskell filed a lawsuit in California against Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon, accusing him of making unwanted and unsolicited sexual advances toward her at Sports 1 Marketing, where she is an assistant.

Moon is the co-founder and president of the company.

Court documents accuse Moon of making her wear thong underwear and share his bed during business trips.

He's also accused of grabbing her inappropriately and during a trip to Mexico, slipping a drug into her drink and then pulling off her bathing suit.

Moon's company has not commented on the lawsuit.

Moon is also a radio commentator for the Seattle Seahawks.

The team was aware of the lawsuit but did not immediately return a request for additional comment.
