New York lawmakers in Washington want a former Nazi living in Queens to be deported.

All 29 members of the state's congressional delegation sent a letter to secretary of State Rex Tillerson seeking help to get rid of Jakiw Palij.

Demonstrators have protested outside his Jackson Heights home in the past to try and kick him out of the United States.

Justice Department officials say the 94-year-old was a Nazi concentration camp guard and is partially responsible for the deaths of thousands of Jews during the Holocaust.

His U.S. citizenship has been revoked, and a federal judge ordered him back to Germany, Ukraine or Poland to possibly stand trial.

But those countries have refused to accept him, leaving him in legal limbo since he can't be tried on the charges here in the United States.

Palij says he was forced to become a guard and has denied killing anyone.
