He bought it for about $1.4 million at auction in December.
Paramount Realty, the company that handled the transaction says the going rate for similar homes in the area is about $980,000 dollars.
Trump lived in the five-bedroom Tudor house until he was about 4-years-old, before his family moved to a different home in Queens.
