Friends and family are gathering in Brooklyn this afternoon to honor a former aide to Governor Cuomo who was shot and killed last year.

A section of Clinton Avenue between Myrtle and Willoughby Avenues will be co-named Carey Gabay Way.

Gabay served as assistant counsel to the Governor and later the First Deputy Counsel of the Economic Development Corporation.

Back in September, he was shot in the head during festivities before the West Indian Day Parade.

He died nine days later.

Police have still not caught his killer.

They are looking to speak with these four people in connection with the murder.
