The city Department of Transportation wants New Yorkers to pull up a chair and talk about new ferry seats.
The agency is now displaying three different styles of ferry seats at the Whitehall Terminal in Lower Manhattan.
All are being considered for ferries currently in design, and expected to be finished by 2019.
The DOT is encouraging ferry riders to take the time to test and comment on the feel and comfort of the seats.
Riders can comment on the seats in person or online at surveymonkey.com/r/sif_seats.
