An NYPD detective has been sentenced for his role in the beating of an SUV driver by a group of bikers in Manhattan nearly two years ago.

A judge has sentenced Detective Wojciech Braszczok to two years behind bars.

Braszczok was found guilty of second-degree assault, coercion and rioting.

Sources tell NY1 that the prosecution requested the detective get three-and-a-half years in prison and three years of post-release supervision.

The charges stem from a September 2013 incident in which an SUV driver and bikers got into an altercation on the West Side Highway.

Braszczok was caught on video breaking the SUV's back window.
