A townhouse in Cobble Hill has broken the record for the most expensive home sold in Brooklyn.

Located at 177 Pacific Street, the property closed for $15.5 million, according to listing broker Alex Maroni of Douglas Elliman.

The sale broke the previous record by $3 million when author Truman Capote's former home in Brooklyn Heights was sold for $12.5 million.

The four-story, six bedroom home features a 20 seat movie theater, a gym, a children's play room, a wine cellar, four fireplaces, herringbone wood floors and a 2,600 square foot rooftop garden.
