Councilwoman Carlina Rivera responds to claims from opponents of regulations on home-sharing services that the city council is in the pocket of the hotel industry. Advocate Christopher Lebron rejects claims that regulations will hurt people of color. Rivera also tells "In Focus" Host Jeanine Ramirez that she and the council needed the data from Airbnb and other sites to try and preserve affordable housing.
