Syracuse police arrest a man in a stabbing at Destiny USA.

Officers were called to the mall Wednesday night, and met with an Carmelcorn employee with a stab wound to his hand.

The victim told them that he had confronted a man who allegedly stole a bag of chips from the store. The employee was able to recover the bag. Then later on, police say the suspect came back to Carmelcorn and began threatening the victim. They got into a fight; the suspect then allegedly displayed a knife and cut the victim's hand.

Luis Torres, 19, was on scene when police arrived, and is now charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and petit larceny.
