Financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald teamed up with dozens of celebrities for their annual charity day in honor of the victims of Sept. 11.
658 Cantor Fitzgerald employees were killed at the World Trade Center that day.
In 2005, the firm joined BGC Partners to create a day of charity.
Stars like Mariano Rivera and Bill Withers came out to raise money for the more than 100 charities participating in the event.
"This is my second time coming back here, which is fun," Withers said. "With all the guys on the trading floor, it's fun to make them silly cause they're all so serious."
"It's a way that we can remember the philanthropic spirit and those that we loved and that we lost on Sept. 11," said Edie Lutnick, the executive director of the Relief Fund.
Not counting this year's tally, Lutnick says charity day has raised $77 million to date.
