Report: Mystery Buyer Shells Out $90M For Manhattan Penthouse

A mystery buyer has reportedly paid more than $90 million for a duplex penthouse in Manhattan.
The building's developer tells the New York Times the buyer purchased the nearly 11,000 square foot penthouse on the 89th and 90th floors of a building still under construction at 157 West 57th Street.
One57 will be one of the city's tallest residential structures once it's finished next year.
The price breaks the record set earlier this year of $88 million for a penthouse on Central Park West.
