NY1 VIDEO: As NY1 News revisits its 20-year history, the station looks back at reporter Ruschell Boone's February 16, 2010 story on the Justice Department's decision to not press federal charges against the NYPD officers involved in the 2006 shooting death of Sean Bell in Queens.


NY1 FOLLOW-UP: Just two months ago, an NYPD hearing found Detective Gescard Isnora broke departmental rules when he opened fire on the car Sean Bell was riding in. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly will decide whether or not Isnora will lose his job.
