A World Trade Center-inspired motorcycle is being raffled off for charity.

The bike was designed by Paul Teutel Jr. from the Discovery Channel show "American Chopper," and it will be featured on two episodes in November.

The proceeds will help support the National September 11th Memorial and Museum.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the motorcycle represents one of the proudest moments in city history, the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site.

"I think you've all heard me say a million times before, there's nothing like strapping on your brain bucket, kick-starting your chopper, gripping your ape hangers and riding high and tight with your bros," joked the mayor.

"It is a big project, and to try to fit the entire scope of the project into one motorcycle was a challenge," said Teutel. "But I feel like as a team, that we really did that, and this is something we're very proud of."

The raffle runs through January 20.

Tickets are available at 911memorial.org, or can be picked up in person at the preview site and visitor center.
