A Manhattan antiques dealer said Thursday that he is so fed up with the homeless people who sleep in front of his store that he is suing them for a million dollars.

Karl Kemp says three homeless men and one woman are drawn to a grate in front of his Madison Avenue store that emits warm air on cold days. He says they're driving away business and are blocking the window display.

Kemp filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court this week, charging that the group drink alcohol, spit and urinate on the sidewalk. Kemp says he's complained repeatedly to police, but to no avail.

The suit also seeks to keep the homeless at least 100 feet from the store. Homeless advocates call the suit mean spirited.
