The National Transportation Safety Board continues to test the engines of the ferry that crashed into a Manhattan pier last week.

Officials say they want to see if a recent engine modification contributed to the January 9 crash, which injured nearly 90 people.

The NTSB says it tested the steering system and found damage to the left side propeller.

In the meantime, the Army Corps of Engineers is lending a hand.

It will conduct an underwater survey to see if the Seastreak's approach to Pier 11 was obstructed in any way.

The NTSB says it already interviewed 25 of the passengers who were injured when the boat hit the pier.
