The 12th annual "No Pants Subway Ride" will take place at six different subway stations across the city.

Starting at 3 p.m., participants will take off their pants on the train and keep a straight face as unwitting riders react.

The event is being organized by the group Improv Everywhere, which says while pants are optional, underwear is a must.
