Governors Andrew Cuomo and Chris Christie have announced PATH service will resume Wednesday between the 33rd Street station in Manhattan and Hoboken.
Officials say trains will run in both directions from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. seven days a week.
The Hoboken station was badly damaged by flooding during Hurricane Sandy.
Service between Manhattan and Newark/Penn and Harrison stations in New Jersey resumed November 12.
Officials say it could still be weeks before direct service is restored between Hoboken and the World Trade Center.
