The man accused of pushing Queens man to his death at a Midtown subway station reportedly said he was high and hearing voices before the incident.
Naeem Davis told the New York Post that he didn't mean to kill Ki-Suck Han.
He said he was under the influence of marijuana and just wanted Han to get away from him.
He also told the Post he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in his 20s but wasn’t taking any medication.
Davis claimed Han harassed and threatened him on the platform before the situation escalated on the platform of the 49th Street station on Monday.
Davis is charged with second-degree murder.
