Arrest Made In Assault Of Unconscious Hospital Patient

A Queens man was arrested Saturday for allegedly sexually assaulting a male patient at St. Clare's Hospital in Manhattan last month.

On October 24, say police, 42-year-old Soe Naing sodomized a 28-year-old patient who was unconscious from medication. The patient awoke during the assault, according to police.

Authorities are not sure if Naing works for the hospital or if he knew the patient.

Members of the Manhattan Special Victims Squad arrested Naing Saturday.
