A teenager is charged with shooting another man to death Friday night in Queens.

The New York City Police Department alleges that Diamonte Alexander, 18, shot and killed Peren Phillippe, 21.

Officers found Phillippe with multiple gunshot wounds to his body on Rockaway Beach Boulevard near Beach 43rd Street shortly after 8 p.m.

Police later arrested Alexander and say that they recovered a 9mm gun.

Alexander is charged with murder and criminal weapons possession.

There is no word yet on a motive.
