When the storm moved in, you moved into action. When the waters rose, you rose to the challenge.

When the lights went dark, you didn't lose energy. You were without power, but not without strength.

Should we expect anything less from you, the residents of our city? Helping others isn't just in your job description. It's in your blood.

You were asked for patience, and sometimes you lost it. But you did not have to be asked to help. You found a way.
