NY1 VIDEO: Last week, Bergen County's Executive vetoed a reworked pay to play county ordinance that would have reduced limits on campaign contributions by people doing business with the county. County Executive Kathleen Donovan rejected it saying the freeholders failed to correct shortcomings in the existing pay to play law.
