A court will decide today if Edgar Morales, a member of the Mexican-American gang the St.James boys, who has been convicted of first-degree manslaughter and other crimes should be charged with crimes of terrorism. Morales is appealing, saying that he was given an unfair trial because of the terrorism charges and references made during jury selection to Sept. 11.
