NY1 VIDEO: Nearly three years after the September 11th attacks, the 9/11 Commission released its final report on the lead-up to the terrorist attacks on July 22, 2004. The report laid out failings in intelligence and diplomacy by many government agencies and warned about the likelihood of another attack.
Though many Americans anticipated the report's release, it was an especially important document to the family members of those killed. NY1's Amanda Farinacci spoke with many of them in Washington DC when the report came out and filed the following report.
