A Bronx management company has earned the dubious distinction of being the city's worst landlord.
Public Advocate Bill de Blasio has released his latest Worst Landlords Watch List.
College Management in the Bronx topped the list, with 724 housing code violations in three buildings.
Rounding out the top three was Maristanic Corporation which had a building in Brooklyn on the list with 651 violations, followed by 1071 Home Corporation which had four buildings in the Bronx and upper Manhattan with 649 violations.
All of the companies on the Public Advocate's watch list have at least two hazardous housing code violations per unit.
Violations include lack of heat or water, lead paint, toxic mold or broken plumbing.
