The owners of a Brooklyn building were indicted Thursday on manslaughter charges for their part in a deadly fire two years ago.

Father and son Vasilios and Argyrios Gerazounis owned the home at 2033 86th Street in Bensonhurst where a three alarm fire killed five people back in January of 2010.

The pair face five counts of manslaughter and reckless endangerment for each of the residents who were killed while trying to escape the flames.

Buildings inspectors say the second and third floor apartments were illegally converted into smaller rooms, which made it harder for tenants to get out.

The younger Gerazounis faces an additional perjury charge for saying he did not know about the conversions.

Official say the fire was set by a guest of one of the tenants.

They say Daniel Ignacio was drunk when he lit the fire on the first floor.

He is in jail awaiting trial for five counts of second degree murder.
