NY1 VIDEO: The Tribeca Film Festival officially begins on Wednesday, but the kickoff party was held on Tuesday night in Downtown Manhattan, and NY1's George Whipple was there for the red carpet action and talked with actor-comedian Billy Crystal and other stars.
