Officials at the Parks Department on Wednesday approved Donald Trump’s plan for a golf course in the Bronx.

The Franchise and Concession Review Committee voted on a plan that will bring the course to Ferry Point Park.

The Trump Organization was given a 20-year license agreement to operate the course and will also build a $10 million clubhouse.

Critics railed against the high fees for golfers, but the city says a number of revisions have been made to the draft, including discounts for junior golfers, seniors and local residents.

"There will be opportunities for the community to participate. Juniors rates as low as $25, which the Trump Organization will completely subsidize, said Ron Lieberman, the Trump Organization’s vice president.

“I think it’s a win-win for everybody. We’re dumping a tremendous amount of money in, no one else was willing to do that, and I think it says great things about the Trump Organization and our commitment to this city," said Eric Trump.

The course is set to open in the Spring 2014.
