Police have made an arrest in a shooting that killed a bread delivery man in Brooklyn more than a year ago.
Investigators acting on a tip tracked down the suspected shooter in Puerto Rico.
The victim, Jorge Martinez, 39, was hit in the head when bullets hit his van in Gravesend back in September 2010.
He lost control of the van and crashed.
Police believe the shots were fired from a nearby rooftop and that Martinez was not the intended target.
The suspect, Anthony Martinez, 24, was brought back to the city Thursday.
He is not related to the victim.
Martinez faces murder and weapons possession charges.
