Police were searching late Wednesday for the gunman who opened fire on a public bus in Bushwick, Brooklyn and shot a young man in the stomach.
The shooting took place Wednesday afternoon on the corner of Myrtle and Wilson Avenues in Brooklyn aboard a B60 bus.
Police say the 18-year-old victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital.
"The cops came around asking questions. They said they picked up a couple of passengers a few stops up, next to Grove. They got into an altercation. Somebody pulled out, shot twice," said a bystander.
