Walk anywhere near the Staten Island Ferry terminal these days and you're bound to see plenty of construction.
As work on the Empire Outlets, Lighthouse Point and NY Wheel continues, ConEd is in the midst of a major project to supply electricty to all the new development.
It has caused some headaches for residents and commuters....including sporadic power outages.
