NY1 VIDEO: More than two years after Hurricane Sandy, Staten Island is still recovering from the damage the disaster left behind, but now, many resiliency projects are underway to try and protect the borough from future storms. One nonprofit that is contributing to strengthening Staten Island's shores, and getting many schoolchildren involved at the same time, is the Billion Oyster Project.
