Since early March, at least three people have been shot by BB pellets in St. Georgem and it happened all within the same block, according to police.

The first and second pellet gun incidents happened in March by the Richmond Terrace Houses. 

The third reported incident happened on May 2nd, just a block away near Jersey and Bank streets. 

In each of the cases, the victim was either walking or standing and suddenly felt pain in his or her arm, where he or she was struck by the bb pellet. 

Now, investigators want to talk to person who was caught on surveillance during the first incident. He is seen wearing black clothes and wearing white gloves while riding away from the scene on a bicycle.
