Former pharmaceutical CEO Martin Shkreli was back in court Friday for a hearing on whether he should forfeit millions of dollars in assets.

Prosecutors want him to give up $5 million in a brokerage account, as well as valuables like a Picasso painting and a one-of-a-kind Wu Tang Clan album.

Shkreli was convicted last year of cheating investors in two failed hedge funds.

His lawyer says he owes nothing because his investors did not actually lose money.

The 34-year-old is best known for boosting prices on a life-saving AIDS medication.

His sentencing is scheduled for March 9.
