Police say two officers were hurt Saturday after a man ran a stop sign and slammed into their police car in Brooklyn.

"I heard a big boom from my window, and then I came running downstairs, and all I saw was the car here pulled over and the cops over there," a witness said. "I saw from the corner right here, one of them was laying on the floor."

It happened around 11:20 a.m. Saturday near Hemlock St. and Ridgewood Ave. in Cypress Hills.

Video above shows the moment of impact when, according to investigators, Juan Rodriguez ran a stop sign and slammed into the passenger side of police cruiser, which had its lights and sirens on.

The NYPD said the driver and two officers were brought to Jamaica Hospital with minor injuries.

Police said Sunday that Rodriguez received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
