The NYPD is reportedly looking into claims that some officers tried to coerce an 18-year-old woman into dropping rape charges against two detectives.

The New York Post reports that nine police officers visited the teen in the hospital to pressure her from coming forward.

In a statement, the NYPD said, "This incident has been the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office and the Internal Affairs Bureau."

The woman claims detectives Eddie Martins and Richard Hall sexually assaulted her in a police van after she was arrested in September.

The officers pleaded not guilty and have been released on bail. Their lawyer said the sex was consensual.
