Former Queens City Councilman Ruben Wills has pleaded guilty to filing a false disclosure with the city's Conflicts of Interest Board.

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli say Wills intentionally failed to disclose personal loans made to him on his 2012 financial disclosure report.

Wills is already in prison after being convicted of stealing $30,000 in campaign funds and state grant money meant for a charity.

He is serving a sentence of two to six years.
