Meanwhile, authorities are investigating the cause of a fatal fire in the Charleston neighborhood of Staten Island.
It happened last night just before 11 a.m. at the victim's house on Pembrook Loop.
After putting out the flames, crews pulled out 62-year-old Anthony Carter and his 7-year-old son.
Carter was pronounced dead at the scene.
His son was taken to the hospital and treated for minor burns and smoke inhalation.
