The Holistic Holiday Expo was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bulls Head Sunday.
Attendees were seeking a variety of services — from natural medicines to self-help exercises.
Vendors displayed crystals, oils and soaps while others offered card readings and health services.
Many of the healers help their clients through dialogue and conversation, like hypnotist Greg Prasker.
"Everything we go through is mental. And everything comes from something. So I learned hynosis and I help people get over their fears, their stress, weight issues, smoking cessation," Prasker said.
"People are really looking to get out of thebox of the old belief patterns," Staten Island Hollistic Expo Founder Blanca Beyar said.
The next expo will also be at the same location on April 1, 2017.
