It's where the magic happens.  Inside the kitchen of Project Brunch, chefs whip up breakfast favorites with a twist.  Unique items that have made the place an instant success.

"I had the Mac Daddy and it is the Mac Daddy," said one customer.

"The Reuben Sandwich is just Heaven.  Heaven!," said another customer.

Longtime friends Nick Granata and Jodi Guagliardo opened the brunch spot in April.

"It's just a good vibe, it's a fun place to be and it's an experience you're not just coming to eat," said Jodi Guagliardo, Project Brunch Owner.

The pair comes up with the recipes from scratch, and first created a buzz on social media.

"We started posting each menu item and we did this everyday and we went from the first hundred followers which we were so excited about to today we have 15,000," Guagliardo said.

Their most popular item remains the project bacon egg and cheese waffle.

Decadent hot chocolate drinks have proven to be a crowd pleaser.

There are also healthier options, like the Project Salad.

"The Grilled Chicken is cooked right, the apples make it so sweet," said another customer.

Expansion plans are already in the works.  The pair leased out the space next door to start a carry out and delivery service.  It's expected to open in late November.

The response we got from it and we're not even open yet is tremendous, I mean people are more than excited knowing they can stay in bed on a Sunday Morning or they're at work and they can still get Project Brunch food," said Nick Granata, Project Brunch Owner.

The restaurant doesn't take reservations.  On some weekends, the wait can exceed 2 hours.

It won't keep these two customers from coming back, after they had a brunch to remember.

"They knew it was our first time so they were like here, try this, try this, and everything, one thing is better than the next," said the customer.
