A Port Richmond man has been arrested after authorities say he fired shots at another man, just missing him.
Police were called to Decker Avenue before 3 a.m. Thursday.
Officers say 51-year-old James Howell pointed a gun and fired a round at a 37-year-old victim, who wasn't hurt.
Police arrested Howell. He is charged with attempted assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
