A Park Hill man faces life in prison after being convicted of a double murder.

After a 2-and-a-half week trial, a jury found Tyrell Brown guilty Wednesday of first and second degree murder for killing Devon Powell and Kuwan Collins.

Prosecutors say the murders were part of a two day crime spree back in 2014, in which Brown also robbed a man at gunpoint of his Hummer and then drove through a barrier at a high rate of speed at the Verrazano Bridge, putting Bridge and Tunnel officers’ lives in danger.

Brown faces between 20 years to life in prison when he's sentenced on June 13th.
