NY1 VIDEO: The woman who reportedly took one of the videos of Eric Garner as he was getting arrested has been arrested herself. A spokesman for the Staten Island DA's office says Taisha Allen intervened while officers were trying to arrest someone else at the South Beach Houses Thursday. According to a criminal complaint, Allen allegedly yelled at police, and threw her arms around a tree so officers wouldn't handcuff her. Allen was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
