Schools Chancellor Carmen Farina says more city students are getting a higher education than ever before.
That's according to a new report released by the Department of Education.
Fifty-seven percent of high school graduates in 2016 enrolled at a two or four-year college or vocational program.
The number is up six points from 2013.
The City is working towards ensuring 80% of students graduate high school on time by 2026.
